All Lulu’s recipes use a special gluten-free flour blend containing- Sorghum Flour, Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, and Xanath Gum.
Our flour blend is free from- Gluten, Nuts, Eggs, Dairy, Corn, Soy, Sugar, and Potato.

The greatest five words to ever exist are spoken after one bite of Lulus Gluten Free baked goods… “How is this gluten free?” After a Celiac diagnosis in 2019, it became crucial to create delicious desserts that were free of gluten. After much trial and error, the perfect flour blend and recipes were born. Lulu’s strives to bring joy back into the lives of those who can no longer eat gluten by making gluten free desserts accessible and affordable for all.

Lulus Gluten Free Baking Co. is a home based bakery out of Port Washington, WI. Each recipe is 100% free of gluten and gluten containing ingredients. As a Celiac, it is paramount that each ingredient that is sourced can safely be consumed by those following a strict gluten free diet.
At this time Lulus does not offer dairy-free items.
